Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello is an American actress. Her film roles include Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly (2000), The Cooler (2003), A History of Violence (2005), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008), Grown Ups (2010), Prisoners (2013) and Lights Out (2016). Bello has appeared on television as Dr. Anna Del Amico (1997-1998) and also in other prominent roles like Michelle McBride (2016 season) and Jacqueline Sloane (2017-2021) on NCIS. Bello was born April 18 1967 in Norristown, Pennsylvania,[2] to Kathy, a school nurse and teacher and Joe Bello, a contractor.Her father is Italian American, with roots in Montella, Italy, and her mother is Polish American.She grew up in a working-class, Catholic family and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania. [7][8] Bello studied political science at Villanova University. After graduation, Bello honed her acting abilities in several New York theater productions. Bello was married to Dan McDermott and has a son who is named Jackson. Bello has written about her relationship with Clare Munn in November 2013. The book she wrote was titled Whatever...Love Is a Love: Questioning All the Labels That We Put on Ourself. (Dey Street Books. April 28 in 2015).
